EEOC Sues Sibitalent for H-1B Visa-Based National Origin Discrimination

SAN FRANCISCO — Sibitalent Corp., a Texas-based employment agency specializing in information technology staffing and recruitment, violated federal law when it refused to refer an American applicant for a position in Mountain View, California because of the applicant’s national origin, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

Atlantic Properties and Diversified Funding to Pay $112,000 in EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

Generac Settles EEOC Charge Involving Religious Accommodation Request

MILWAUKEE — Generac Power Systems, a Wisconsin generator manufacturer, reached an agreement with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to resolve for monetary and injunctive relief a religious accommodation charge involving an employee’s request to use biological pronouns for another employee, the federal agency announced today.
